Your EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in a European Union member country and purchase a Morgan Mouthpiece online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If an order contains multiple items that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the last item.
This statutory EU right of withdrawal is separate from and in addition to Morgan Mouthpiece Company's regular 10-Day Trial Policy.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Your notification should clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and should include your name, order number, and the item(s) you are returning.

No particular form of wording is required as long as your communication clearly states your decision to withdraw.
Returning the Product
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the product back to us without undue delay and, in general, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to us.
Please return the mouthpiece securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Condition of Returned Products
You may handle the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary for that purpose, you may be responsible for any resulting diminished value, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal itself is not lost merely because the product has been handled beyond what is necessary. EUR-Lex
Refunds
When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the cost of the standard delivery option you selected at the time of purchase.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost of that upgraded delivery service.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and generally within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification. Where permitted by applicable law, we may delay the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first. EUR-Lex
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Custom or Personalized Products
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized, where an applicable legal exception applies. European Union

Morgan's 10-Day Trial Policy
Morgan Mouthpiece Company's regular 10-Day Trial Policy continues to apply to eligible Morgan mouthpieces purchased by customers outside the scope of the EU statutory withdrawal provisions.
For customers in the European Union, nothing in our 10-Day Trial Policy limits or replaces any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable EU law.
Where EU law provides a right of withdrawal that is more favorable or otherwise differs from our regular trial policy, the applicable statutory EU consumer rights will apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
This withdrawal policy does not limit any other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the contract.
