We want you to be happy with your Morgan purchase. If you have a question or concern about an order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Morgan Mouthpiece Returns
Morgan mouthpieces are covered by our 10-Day Trial Policy.
Because our mouthpiece trial is designed to allow you to actually play and evaluate a mouthpiece, the specific rules regarding trial periods, returns, restocking fees, exchanges, and return shipping are covered in our:

Custom-Order Mouthpieces
Custom-order mouthpieces and custom-order sizes are non-refundable and are not eligible for the 10-day trial.
Because these mouthpieces are made specifically to a customer's requested specifications, they cannot be returned simply because the customer does not prefer the resulting playing characteristics.
Custom-order mouthpieces are covered by our warranty for workmanship and performance-related issues. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or a problem with the mouthpiece's performance, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you toward an appropriate solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us promptly if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- Something is missing from your order.
Please contact us before returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the best way to make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Any applicable restocking fees or other deductions will be deducted from the refund amount.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, statutory consumer cancellation rights apply where required by applicable law.
Where the EU 14-day cooling-off period applies, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
